Omundy sheedy was born Mohammed Abdel Rasheed in Tamale, N/r in 1990. While still a small child, I changed my name to Omundy Sheedy after i move to Italy,  and back to Ghana most of my friends and family knowns me as "Omundy Sheedy" .

"********** " meaning Abdel Rasheed and "*****" is the name that i gain from My grandfather who was from Niger **** by tribe.

From my childhood, everyone called me "Red" "Jahto" , am had to read an entire edition of Sophie World. When I was two, my elder brother Mumin i also move with and makes trobles with him every day whom again support me a lost till i move to Lybia to start a living because "I cryed all the time. My major thing growing up was I couldn't fit in. Because I was from everywhere. I didn't have no buddies that I grew up with."

At the age of 14 i stop schooling and bounce into bussiness cuz i used part of my school fees in Internet Caffè that makes me to stop school, i again works in Layamb Photo's in so many parts, where by many people then know me as "Yaw boy", I then started my own bussiness in selling goods like phones, Vcd, Etc, i was getting my goods in so many parts but  in general i based much on the VCD which i was getting from Togo by myself.
In all i had a friend called Saule who was my bussiness partner and a great friend Sadat.

At  the age of fifteen, I fell into rap; i started writing lyrics, walking with a swagger, and milking my background in Tamale for all it was worth. People in small towns feared the Big Apple's reputation; I called myself DJ Omundy and made people think i was a tough guy.
